对银隆“真爱”如初2016年11月，格力电器宣布终止收购珠海银隆100%股权。而后董明珠力挺银隆，以个人资金入股，还拉来了万达集团董事长王健林、京东集团董事局主席兼首席执行官刘强东。珠海银隆主要进行钛酸锂电池、新能源汽车、储能系统和配套充电设施的研发、生产和销售，是一家覆盖新能源全产业链的综合型新能源企业。新能源领域也是格力电器重点部署的一个领域，比如格力的光伏空调。
